Expansion of the e-shop's offer to include haldex clutch control units, its special spare parts and components for DSG7 mechatronics. We plan to expand the portfolio with new haldex control units from Borgwarner, which should be included next month.

About purchase

Purchase in our e-commerce platform

  1. Choose the required goods, or log in to your profile on our website.
  2. If you are interested in the product, enter the number of pieces and click on the button of add to cart. This way you can select and add other products to the shopping cart.
  3. Click on the icon of shopping cart in the top navigation menu to end shopping. You get to the content of the shopping cart, where you can additionally change the quantity of products or remove it. If you are satisfied with the selection, click the button "Continue".
  4. Choose the method of transport and payment.
  5. Enter the shipping information and click the button "Continue" (If you are logged in and already have set an account, the fields will be filled in automatically).
  6. After checking all the data and agreeing to the terms and conditions, send the order by clicking on the button send order.
  7. After sending and processing the order, a confirmation of receipt of the order by the operator will be delivered to your e-mail box immediately. All further information regarding your order will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
  8. Your goods will be delivered to you based on the delivery time.

Shipment transport

The transport of goods is provided by the company and its courier companies. Shipments can be sent to your address or to the pick-up point of the Packeta carrier's network, where you can pick up the package at a time that suits your needs. The shipment is sent within 24 hours depending on the payment option selected and the stock displayed with the product.

Payment for the order

Payment for the ordered goods can be made by bank transfer to a bank account (IBAN in the Contact section) by entering the variable order symbol or by payment card ahead. Payment by card is secured through the TrustPay payment gateway.

Product information

The products on the e-shop contain all important information such as the product image, its description, parameters, available variants, current stock and serial numbers (identification codes) or technical documents for download. In case of any questions about a specific product, it is possible to use the contact form "product question" showing in detail each product.

Goods insurance

Goods with a value higher than 100€ are insured within the transport company for the value of the goods contained in the shipment. The insurance is valid for the period during transport until the time, when the goods are delivered to the customer. Before taking over the goods from the delivery person, we recommend that you carefully check the package or packaging of the shipment. In the case that the shipment is damaged, we recommend you record this information through the available options of the delivery person or immediately complain about the shipment as a damage event on the side of the delivery company.

Exchange of goods

We provide up to 14 days the opportunity to exchange purchased goods in case you have ordered the wrong part. However, the goods you are returning must not be used. Do not hesitate to contact us to exchange of goods.

Goods reclaim

For any goods in our e-shop, we provide a guarantee for the return of goods within 14 days of delivery. The condition is undamaged goods with the original packaging without signs of use. To return the goods, please fill this complaint protocol to cancel a distance contract and send it together with copy of an invoice to an email in Contact us section.

Package tracking

The user is informed about each status of the order on a special link to the order as well as on the provided email. When the goods is handed over to the transport service, a tracking number with a link to track the shipment is sent to the email.
